Bạhãy xem cọn congif tới đata đúng chưa. rồi add Data + User nữa.

ec' , hình như là lỗi quá rõ rồi đó, tiếng anh mình biết sơ sơ nên dịch tạm nha (kết nối đến cơ sở dữ liệu(database) bị lỗi bởi vì bạn còn thiếu 1 nhiệm vụ chưa hoàn thành để kết nối đến CSDL , hãy điền đúng giá trị trong file config.php ở thư mục includes) roài tạm dịch như thế. Bạn vào file đó chỉnh lại cho đúng , ví dụ như ở trên thì mail là sai rồi, làm gì có mail @localhosst. Check xem tên csdl + host trong file đó đúng chưa
