_ Mở Task Manager tắt tiến trình như hình dưới :
->Với vista:Tắt file WbVista.exe (and VistaSrv.exe if listed)
-> Với xp: Tắt fileWBINST~1.exe

Khi bạn tìm đúng đến file WbSrv.dll rồi nhấn open sẽ xuất hiện thông báo
