Sử dụng Pen tool để có được hình sau :

Nhấn CTRL và click vào text layer để chọn text .

Select --> Modif --> Contract ,2px.

Invert vùng chọn (CTRL - SHIFT - I) nhấn del
Chỉnh shape layer có opacity là 30%
